Lead endtoend design development for collections, capsules, and drops.
Build and evolve the brand’s motif systems, signature silhouettes, and design codes.
Create detailed sketches, tech packs, embroidery layouts, and construction sheets.
Oversee sampling, fittings, corrections, and productionready approvals.
Collaborate with stylists, production, and merchandising to ensure design integrity.
Research global trends, fabrics, trims, and luxury detailing techniques.
Mentor junior designers and ensure consistent design quality across the team.
Maintain strict timelines and deliverables aligned with drop architecture.
Advanced sketching, draping, pattern understanding.
Strong command over embroidery, surface development, and textile knowledge.
Experience in luxury womenswear/menswear.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO3D (preferred).
Ability to lead sampling and manage design timelines.
Nice-to-have Skills:
Experience working with celebrity stylists or premium campaigns.
Knowledge of sustainable materials and innovative construction techniques.
