We are currently hiring for an exciting opportunity in the Freight Forwarding & Logistics industry for the position of Inside Sales / Key Account Management (KAM).
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Role Requirements:
- Experience in Inside Sales / Key Account Management
- Background in Freight Forwarding / Logistics
- Proven experience in sales closures and revenue generation
- Strong exposure to lead generation, customer acquisition, and account growth
- Experience handling quotations, negotiations, and customer relationship management
- Exposure to Air Freight / Ocean Freight will be preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive inside sales activities and achieve business targets
- Generate and convert leads into business opportunities
- Manage and grow key customer accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
- Maintain CRM updates, sales pipeline, and reporting
- Build long-term customer relationships and improve customer retention
Pay: ₹320,494.00 - ₹1,320,717.22 per year
