About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who also has hands-on experience in video editing and social media management. The role involves creating engaging visual content, editing reels/videos, and managing the brand’s online presence across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creatives for social media, marketing campaigns, packaging, and branding materials
- Edit reels, short-form videos, and promotional content for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
- Manage and schedule social media posts across platforms
- Develop engaging content ideas aligned with brand positioning
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for campaign execution
- Maintain brand consistency across all creatives and communication
- Track social media trends and suggest innovative content formats
- Handle basic photography/video shoots when required
Requirements
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, After Effects, or similar software
- Strong understanding of Instagram and social media trends
- Experience in video editing and reel creation
- Good aesthetic sense and branding understanding
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred
- Experience working with FMCG, D2C, or lifestyle brands
- Knowledge of content strategy and influencer collaborations
- Basic understanding of paid ads creatives
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
