Job Summary
Design Legends is seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer with at least 3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing interior design projects from initial concept through final installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare mood boards, layouts, 2D drawings, and 3D visualizations.
- Create detailed working drawings and specifications for execution.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
- Coordinate with architects, vendors, contractors, and project teams.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is executed properly.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Maintain strong client communication throughout project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional interior design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction detailing.
- Excellent creativity, presentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential and commercial interiors.
- Knowledge of space planning and building codes.
- Strong project coordination and time management skills.
