ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in job posting on various recruitment portals.
- Screen candidate profiles and shortlist suitable applicants.
- Schedule and coordinate telephonic and offline interviews.
- Draft offer letters, interview messages, and rejection emails.
- Coordinate with candidates and resolve communication or documentation discrepancies.
- Assist in onboarding and basic training activities.
- Maintain candidate records, interview data, and HR documentation.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and other assigned administrative tasks.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
- Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) candidates from any stream are eligible to apply
- Freshers and candidates with basic HR knowledge are welcome.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Good communication skills
- Basic HR/recruitment knowledge
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Coordination & interpersonal skills
- Multitasking ability
- Professional and learning attitude
