We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Institutional Sales Executive to handle quotations, customer follow-ups, and order conversion for our academic book distribution and publishing business.
- Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and price offers to customers.
- Follow up with colleges, universities, libraries, research institutions, and other customers regarding submitted quotations.
- Convert enquiries and quotations into confirmed orders.
- Communicate with customers through email, phone, and WhatsApp.
- Send book catalogues, title lists, and product information to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve sales targets through effective follow-up and customer engagement.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in English, , and Tamil languages.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Ability to prepare professional emails and quotations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email applications.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
