We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate with skills in Workday HCM. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing HR processes within Workday and a strong understanding of human capital management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Workday HCM modules.
- Support HR operations by ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee data.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and provide Workday solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday HCM.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Workday HCM processes and functionalities.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Required Skills:
- 6+ years of experience with Workday HCM.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
- Proficiency in HR reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications:
