We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our growing team and help develop robust, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have exactly 3 year of hands-on experience in full-stack development using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using the MERN stack.
- Design and implement engaging user interfaces with React.js.
- Write reusable, efficient, and testable backend code using Node.js and Express.js.
- Integrate and manage NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement new features.
- Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in full-stack development.
Requirements:
- Only candidates with exactly 3 year of experience will be considered.
- Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+) and front-end development with React.js.
- Strong understanding of Node.js and Express.js.
- Familiarity with MongoDB, data modeling, and query optimization.
- Comfortable using Git for version control and collaborative development.
- Solid problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
