Full job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive with 3–5 years of experience to support and execute YUJ Designs marketing initiatives across brand communication, social media, website, performance marketing, SEO, PR, content, and marketing operations.

This role is suited for someone who can work independently, coordinate effectively with multiple internal teams and external partners, and take ownership of execution from planning through completion.

The person will support the marketing function by ensuring that campaigns, content, digital channels, and marketing activities remain consistent, timely, accurate, and performance-oriented.

Experience

3–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, B2B marketing, or a similar role.
Experience managing multiple marketing channels, including social media, website, content, SEO, paid media, and PR.
Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Design, Content, Technology, Sales, Leadership, and external agencies.
Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, maintaining trackers, managing timelines, and ensuring execution.
Working knowledge of B2B marketing, lead generation, digital marketing funnels, and brand communication.
Experience in a technology, design, consulting, SaaS, digital services, or professional services environment will be an advantage.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and execution issues proactively.

Skills We Seek

Strong understanding of brand communication, digital marketing, and B2B marketing.
Good understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
Strong written communication, proofreading, editing, and content-quality skills.
Working knowledge of website management, SEO, Google Analytics/GA4, Search Console, and basic digital performance metrics.
Understanding of paid marketing platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and dependencies simultaneously.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing performance data and identify actionable insights.
Excellent organisational skills and marketing hygiene.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams, leadership, and external agencies.
Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing and productivity tools is an advantage.

What You Will Do

Brand & Marketing Communication

Develop a strong understanding of YUJ Designs’ brand positioning, tone of voice, messaging, and brand guidelines.
Ensure consistency across website content, social media, presentations, newsletters, external communications, and other marketing touchpoints.
Execute marketing communication activities in coordination with the Marketing Lead and relevant stakeholders.
Maintain and organise key marketing assets, templates, brand collaterals, and communication repositories.
Ensure marketing materials are accurate, consistent, professional, and aligned with the YUJ brand.

Social Media Management & Engagement

Support monthly social media planning, content calendars, and publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for content development, creatives, approvals, and publishing.
Monitor social media channels and ensure timely responses to comments, messages, mentions, and relevant conversations.
Track social media performance and identify content themes, formats, and topics that drive stronger engagement.
Look beyond vanity metrics and identify opportunities to drive relevant website traffic, enquiries, and leads through social channels.
Monitor competitor and industry activity to identify relevant content, conversations, and engagement opportunities.
Maintain social media calendars, publishing schedules, and performance trackers.

Website Management & Health Monitoring

Work closely with the Marketing Lead to ensure the website remains accurate, current, consistent, and conversion-ready.
Conduct regular website audits to identify:
- Outdated or incorrect information.
- Broken links and incorrect redirects.
- Missing or incorrect CTAs.
- Incomplete or abruptly cut content.
- Content overflowing beyond the intended fold.
- Incorrect font sizes or oversized elements.
- Alignment and spacing issues.
- Inconsistent formatting across pages.
- Inconsistent terminology, capitalisation, and punctuation.
- Missing or incorrectly placed images.
- Mobile responsiveness issues.
- Incorrectly linked case studies, blogs, and service pages.
- Non-functional forms or enquiry journeys.
Document website issues clearly and coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve them.
Proactively follow up and ensure identified issues are closed rather than simply reported.
Conduct regular website hygiene checks to maintain overall content and user experience quality.

Performance Marketing

Understand the fundamentals of performance marketing, paid media, and lead-generation funnels.
Support ongoing performance marketing initiatives across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders on campaign setup, targeting, creatives, messaging, and landing pages.
Monitor key performance metrics including reach, CTR, CPC, CPL, lead quality, and conversion.
Analyse campaign performance to identify better-performing audiences, creatives, geographies, and messaging.
Maintain performance trackers and support regular campaign reporting.
Work with the Marketing Lead to identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and lead quality.

SEO & Organic Growth

Coordinate with SEO partners on keyword implementation and on-page optimisation.
Support SEO requirements for new website pages, blogs, case studies, and other content.
Monitor basic SEO performance and flag significant traffic or ranking drops.
Ensure published content includes relevant SEO elements such as keywords, metadata, internal links, and appropriate page structure.
Identify opportunities to improve organic traffic and content visibility.

PR & Brand Visibility

Identify relevant PR opportunities, publications, podcasts, industry platforms, events, and speaking opportunities.
Coordinate with PR agencies and partners by providing briefs, company information, case studies, research, and leadership inputs.
Track media coverage and maintain a PR visibility tracker.
Identify opportunities for YUJ Designs and its leadership team to be featured in relevant business, technology, design, and industry publications.
Support the development of CEO and leadership thought-leadership opportunities.
Identify relevant awards and industry recognitions for YUJ Designs, its work, and leadership.
Maintain an award calendar, track deadlines, and coordinate nomination materials.

Content & Proofreading

Proofread blogs, social media posts, website content, newsletters, emails, presentations, case studies, and marketing collateral.
Check grammar, spelling, punctuation, formatting, and factual accuracy.
Ensure consistency in English usage, terminology, capitalisation, punctuation, and brand language.
Review content from a reader’s perspective and flag anything that is unclear, repetitive, overly generic, AI-generated, or inconsistent with YUJ’s tone.
Work with content and design teams to ensure final marketing assets meet quality standards before publishing.

Marketing Campaign & Project Coordination

Support the Marketing Lead in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
Create and maintain activity trackers, timelines, ownership matrices, and campaign calendars.
Coordinate with Design, Content, Technology, SEO, PR, Sales, and external agencies.
Follow up on action items and ensure timelines are met.
Maintain a clear record of campaign deliverables, approvals, and publishing schedules.
Proactively flag delays, dependencies, risks, and gaps rather than waiting for follow-ups.
Ensure all campaign activities move from planning to execution without unnecessary delays.

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

Maintain regular dashboards and trackers covering:
- Website traffic.
- Social media performance.
- Lead generation.
- Paid media.
- SEO.
- PR visibility.
- Content performance.
Support the Marketing Lead with monthly marketing performance reviews.
Track campaign and channel-level performance against defined objectives.
Use available analytics and AI-enabled tools to identify trends, audience behaviour, and performance patterns.
Translate marketing data into actionable observations and recommendations.

Marketing Operations & Hygiene

Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, databases, and repositories.
Ensure all campaigns and communication assets are archived systematically.
Keep website, social media, and marketing repositories updated.
Maintain databases of media contacts, awards, influencers, partners, industry platforms, and other relevant stakeholders.
Ensure marketing assets, campaign files, reports, and approvals are organised and easily accessible.
Maintain strong execution hygiene across ongoing marketing activities.
Ensure no marketing activity, follow-up, deliverable, or dependency gets lost between planning and execution.
