Sales Manager – Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with clients and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team performance
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments
- Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and service teams
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (industry specific experience preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of local market and distribution networks
- Must be target-driven and result-focused
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
