Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining project details, generating leads, and scheduling site visit appointments for our residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and databases.
- Introduce and explain real estate projects, plots, villas, and amenities clearly to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule site visits and appointments with interested buyers.
- Follow up with customers regularly to maintain engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer responses in CRM or Excel.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide necessary information.
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and booking processes.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Confident speaking ability and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to handle customer objections and convert leads into appointments.
- Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass / Any Degree.
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate is preferred, not mandatory.
