We are looking for an experienced R&D Head to lead research, product innovation, and strategic development in Agricultural Biologicals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead research on biocontrol agents, microbial isolation, and characterization.
- Develop innovative biofertilizer and biocontrol formulations.
- Oversee product development, scale-up, process optimization, and production support.
- Ensure R&D documentation, SOPs, quality systems, and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor technical teams and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
- Drive strategic R&D initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- PhD in Microbiology, Pathology, or related specialization.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in Agricultural Biologicals, Biofertilizers, Biocontrol, or Agricultural R&D.
