Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient care, assist doctors in treatment procedures, and ensure adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients as per established protocols
Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Assist doctors during examinations, surgeries, and medical procedures
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Ensure infection control practices and maintain hygiene standards
Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and post-care
Handle emergency situations promptly and efficiently
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
Maintain nursing equipment and ensure proper usage
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can apply)
Valid Nursing Registration (TN Nursing Council preferred)
Good clinical knowledge and patient care skills
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient-focused approach
Ability to work in shifts (including night duty)
Critical thinking and quick decision-making skills
Team collaboration and multitasking ability
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in hospital/clinical setting
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)
Basic Life Support (BLS) / Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
