Oracle OPM Functional Consultant (Oracle EBS R12)
Experience: 4–7+ Years (F2F interview)
Location: Hyderabad (Looking for South locations. No re-location from other state)

Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions. Configure and support Oracle EBS R12 Process Manufacturing (OPM) modules.
Work closely with business users, developers, and support teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare functional specifications and provide guidance to technical teams for customizations and enhancements.
Analyze business processes and recommend effective Oracle EBS solutions.
Support application enhancements, issue resolution, testing, and deployments.
Manage project deliverables and ensure timely implementation.
Collaborate with global stakeholders, including US business teams, and provide support during overlapping US working hours when required.
Required Skills:
4–7+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12.
Strong functional expertise in Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) modules:
Product Development
Process Manufacturing & Execution
Quality
Experience with Oracle SCM modules:
Inventory (INV)
OPM
Cost Management
Order Management (OM)
Shipping
Knowledge of Oracle Workflow configurations and business processes.
Strong SQL/querying skills for data analysis.
Experience in requirements gathering, functional documentation, and solution design.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience supporting manufacturing or process industry clients.
Ability to work with global teams and manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
