Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, presentable, and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative for our Sweet Mart. The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, assisting them with product selection, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain a clean and organized shop counter.
- Handle customer inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain excellent customer service and build customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in retail, counter sales, or customer service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
