Client Outreach & Invitations
- Invite clients to store events: Call existing and potential customers to invite them to exhibitions, launches, and festive sales.
- Follow up on special dates: Wish clients on their birthdays or wedding anniversaries and offer special store discounts.
- Promote savings schemes: Educate customers about monthly jewellery purchase plans or loyalty rewards.
- Share new arrivals: Inform buyers when fresh gold, diamond, or silver collections arrive at the showroom.
Lead Management & Data Logging
- Update call logs: Maintain clear and accurate records of client responses in the store system.
- Pass on hot leads: Forward interested clients to the showroom sales team for personal appointments.
- Clean the database: Verify and correct wrong phone numbers or outdated client information.
