Job description Roles and Responsibilities Evaluate a clients needs to help them buy/rent/sell properties and achieve sales targets Cold call, email, message customers to generate leads and arrange site visits Negotiate and close deals at best market value and assist clients in completing their purchase, including documentation Regularly conduct market research to identify new projects, properties and builders Be aware of real estate rules, regulations and other processes • Develop relationships with clients, builders and brokers to increase performance Assisting customers to Site Visits and taking them to site and explaining the project Desired Candidate Profile Any Graduate who is passionate to start the career Experienced or Freshers who want to grow their career in real estate
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
