Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant / Lead with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), particularly the Customer Service module. The ideal candidate will have experience leading enterprise CRM implementations, managing complex integrations, and driving successful business adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Dynamics 365 CE functional implementation and solution design.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable CRM solutions.
- Configure and optimize Dynamics 365 Customer Service applications.
- Support CRM data migration, testing, deployment, and user adoption.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.
- Manage integrations with ERP systems, contact center/IVR solutions, self-service portals, payment gateways, and mobile applications.
- Prepare functional documentation, test plans, and solution designs.
- Provide leadership and guidance to CRM project teams.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
- Experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, configuration, and functional consulting.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale CRM implementations and integrations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Mandatory Certification
Candidates must have at least one of the following:
- Microsoft Dynamics FastTrack Recognized Architect for Business Applications
- Microsoft MVP (Most Valuable Professional)Preferred
- Experience with enterprise customer engagement platforms.
- Agile/Scrum project experience.
- Change management and user adoption experience.
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
