We are expanding our leadership team and are looking for a Senior Brand Manager who can own brand strategy while also overseeing and guiding social media execution.
Role Overview
The Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and scaling brand strategies for multiple client accounts. This role blends high-level brand leadership with hands-on social media management oversight.
You will act as the brand owner for assigned clients—shaping voice, messaging, visuals, campaigns, and digital presence—while working closely with creative, marketing, and client-facing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Leadership
- Lead end-to-end brand strategy for multiple clients across food, hospitality, events, and lifestyle industries
- Define brand positioning, tone of voice, messaging frameworks, and visual identity standards
- Ensure brand consistency across social media, websites, digital ads, print materials, and campaigns
- Translate business goals into clear branding and marketing strategies
- Lead brand launches, rebrands, seasonal promotions, and special campaigns
- Act as the brand guardian, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment across all touchpoints
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and oversee social media strategies for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business
- Plan and manage monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with brand goals
- Oversee creation of Reels, carousels, stories, short-form videos, and promotional posts
- Monitor content performance, engagement, reach, and growth metrics
- Use analytics and insights to optimize content strategy and posting schedules
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and platform best practices
Campaigns, Content & Growth
- Lead digital campaigns including promotions, influencer initiatives, events, and launches
- Align organic social media with paid advertising efforts and growth objectives
- Support influencer partnerships, collaborations, and community-building initiatives
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
- Ensure campaigns meet performance expectations and client KPIs
Client & Team Collaboration
- Serve as the primary brand and social media strategy point of contact for assigned clients
- Present brand concepts, content strategies, and performance insights professionally
- Manage multiple client accounts while meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, photographers, and content creators
- Mentor junior marketers, social media coordinators, and interns
- Work closely with leadership to support agency growth and client success
Required Qualifications
- 4–8+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or digital strategy
- Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and visual identity development
- Proven experience managing or overseeing social media for multiple brands or clients
- Experience developing content calendars and campaign strategies
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Agency experience (especially in restaurants, hospitality, events, or lifestyle brands)
- Experience working with creative teams and content production workflows
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, Canva, Notion, or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of paid social advertising, influencer marketing, and analytics
- Passion for branding, content trends, and digital culture

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
