Healthcare Sales Manager – AI Healthcare Solutions
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Market Development Manager to help us understand the healthcare imaging ecosystem and identify business opportunities for our AI-powered clinical reporting platform. This role is focused on market intelligence, customer discovery, and relationship building—not product demonstrations or account management.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Identify and map hospitals, diagnostic centers, imaging centers, teleradiology companies, and healthcare groups.
· Build and maintain a strong network with radiologists, hospital administrators, imaging center owners, and healthcare IT stakeholders.
· Conduct customer discovery meetings to understand clinical workflows, operational challenges, reporting processes, and technology adoption.
· Research and document healthcare market trends, competitor offerings, PACS/RIS vendors, and emerging AI solutions.
· Identify key decision makers, influencers, procurement processes, and budget owners within target organizations.
· Gather market intelligence on imaging volumes, expansion plans, new hospital projects, and technology investments.
· Attend healthcare conferences, medical exhibitions, and industry networking events to generate business opportunities.
· Build and maintain a structured CRM/database of prospects, customer insights, and market intelligence.
· Qualify business opportunities and provide actionable insights to the leadership team for strategic engagement.
· Work closely with the founders to shape go-to-market strategies based on customer feedback and market trends.
Required Experience
· 0–3 years of experience in Healthcare IT, Medical Imaging, Medical Devices, PACS/RIS, Diagnostic Chains, or Hospital Business Development.
· Strong understanding of hospital operations, radiology workflows, or diagnostic imaging.
· Existing network within hospitals, radiologists, diagnostic centers, or healthcare technology companies is highly preferred.
· Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
· Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and market research techniques is an advantage.
· Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Pay: ₹35,000.27 - ₹40,904.17 per month
