Designation: HR Recruiter – Hotels & Resorts
Job Type: Remote (Work from Home)
Starting Salary : ₹22,000 per month
Job Summary: We are looking for an HR Recruiter with experience in hiring for the hotel and resort industry. This is a full-time remote role focused primarily on end-to-end recruitment for hospitality positions such as Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B Service, Kitchen, Duty Manager, Guest Relations, and other hotel staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for hotel and resort positions.
- Source candidates through job portals such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates and manage the joining process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Handle multiple positions and bulk hiring requirements when needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of HR recruitment experience in Hotels / Resorts / Hospitality industry is a must.
- Good understanding of hotel industry job roles and departments.
- Strong communication and interview skills.
- Must have a personal laptop/desktop, stable internet connection, and proper workstation setup.
- Ability to work independently and with a team and meet hiring deadlines.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri or similar job portals.
Preferred Skills:
- Hospitality hiring experience is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Experience in bulk hiring will be an advantage.
