About the Role:
The Senior TeleSales Executive is responsible for driving revenue through an inside sales team by managing outbound and inbound calling efforts. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, improving conversion rates, and ensuring a high-quality customer interaction experience throughout the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Performance & Target Achievement
· Own team revenue targets and ensure consistent achievement
· Monitor conversion metrics such as lead-to-sale ratio, call-to-conversion rate, and revenue per agent
· Track individual and team performance dashboards
· Intervene proactively to address performance gaps
Call Processes
· Standardize sales scripts while encouraging personalization
· Ensure adherence to call quality and compliance standards
Lead Management & Funnel Optimization
· Ensure timely follow-ups on leads and minimize lead leakage
· Optimize lead allocation and calling strategies
· Work closely with marketing/pre-sales teams to improve lead quality
· Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate reporting
Process & Strategy Improvement
· Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and implement improvements
· Experiment with scripts, offers, and calling approaches to improve conversions
· Share market insights and customer feedback with leadership
· Support new campaign launches and product/service rollouts
Escalation & Customer Experience Management
· Handle high-value or sensitive customer interactions
· Resolve escalations effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
· Maintain a balance between aggressive sales targets and ethical selling practices
Requirements:
· Graduate in any discipline
· 3–4 years of experience in TeleSales / Inside Sales
· Strong sales acumen and conversion experience
· Proven experience in managing high-volume calling teams
· Excellent communication and persuasion skills
· Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
· Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel/Google Sheets
· Ability to thrive in a target-driven, high-pressure environment
· Results-oriented and highly driven with high resilience and adaptibility
· Strong ownership and accountability
