Job Title: L1 Hardware Engineer – Refurbishment (Fresher Level)
- Perform basic testing of laptops, desktops, and workstations
- Assist in cleaning, part replacement, and cosmetic refurbishment
- Install operating systems, drivers, and basic software
- Follow standard diagnostic checklists and SOPs
- Label, pack, and prepare systems for dispatch
- Maintain repair and testing records

- Understanding of Windows installation and drivers
- Willingness to learn and follow processes

- ITI / Diploma / BCA / BSc IT or similar
- Freshers or up to 1 year of experience
L2 Hardware Engineer – Refurbishment
Job Title: L2 Hardware Engineer – Refurbishment (Experienced Level)
- Diagnose and repair hardware issues in laptops, desktops, and workstations
- Replace components such as RAM, SSD, HDD, keyboards, screens, batteries
- Perform BIOS configuration and firmware updates
- Run burn-in and stress tests to ensure system stability
- Handle data wiping and OS imaging processes
- Guide L1 engineers and ensure quality standards
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of laptop and desktop architecture
- Hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting
- Knowledge of BIOS, drivers, and OS deployment
- Ability to work with diagnostic tools
Eligibility
- Diploma / Degree in IT, Electronics, or related field
- 2–4 years of relevant hardware repair experience
