Key Responsibilities
✔ Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, and eyewear products.
✔ Provide guidance on lens types, coatings, and frame options.
✔ Perform lens marking, prescription analysis, and basic optical measurements (PD, Axis, etc.).
✔ Ensure proper lens fitting and frame adjustments for customer comfort.
✔ Maintain inventory, stock availability, and store displays.
✔ Deliver excellent customer service and product education.
Preferred Skills
✔ Experience in optical retail or eyewear sales.
✔ Knowledge of lenses, frames, coatings, and optical terminology.
✔ Lens marking and prescription handling skills.
✔ Strong communication and customer service abilities.
✔ Attention to detail and technical aptitude for optical equipment
