Key responsibilities (text) • Support the Fulfilment Operations Team Leader in the daily running of fulfilment
operations.
- Plan, lead, and perform operational tasks including picking, packing, loading,
unloading, and replenishment of goods.
- Ensure all operations are completed efficiently, on time, and with a strong customer
focus.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in line with all safety
standards and procedures.
- Monitor daily operations in your assigned area and ensure routines and processes
are followed consistently.
- Identify improvement opportunities and take proactive actions to enhance
operational performance.
- Contribute to achieving team and unit goals set by the Fulfilment Operations
Manager/Team Leader.
- Support training and adherence to standard operating procedures across the team.
- Work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end
fulfilment processes.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency,
quality, and customer satisfaction
