Job Type: Full-Time | Shift-Based (Day/Night rotational)
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled CNC Digital Cutting Machine Operator with strong maintenance and servicing capabilities to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and maintaining CNC cutting equipment from leading international brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC digital cutting machines (Jwei, Zünd, Arrow, Gerber, and other international brands) to produce accurate, high-quality cuts as per production specifications
- Perform routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of CNC cutting machines to minimize downtime
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues on cutting equipment
- Calibrate machines and update cutting software/nesting programs as required
- Read and interpret technical drawings, cutting patterns, and production files
- Maintain machine logs, service records, and spare parts inventory
- Coordinate with production planning to meet daily output targets
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operating procedures
- Train junior operators on machine handling and basic maintenance when required
Requirements
- Proven experience operating and servicing CNC digital cutting machines from brands such as Jwei, Zünd, Arrow, Gerber, or similar
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems used in CNC equipment
- Familiarity with cutting software and CAD/CAM file handling
- Ability to read technical/engineering drawings
- Willingness and flexibility to work in rotational day and night shifts
- Open to overseas travel for trade shows, technical training, and vendor visits
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma/ITI or equivalent technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field
- Prior experience in garment, leather, packaging, composites, or similar cutting industries
- Basic proficiency in English (for technical manuals and overseas training)
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
