About the Role
Aquaporin Aesthetics is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller to manage inbound and outbound calls, generate appointments, follow up with leads, and support patient engagement for our aesthetic and wellness services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant phone manner, and the ability to build trust with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding treatments, services, pricing, and appointments.
- Convert inquiries into consultation bookings and treatment appointments.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, social media, and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate appointment schedules with clinic staff and doctors.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications to clients.
- Assist in collecting client feedback and maintaining strong client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or undergraduate degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in aesthetics, skincare, healthcare, wellness, or beauty industries.
- Knowledge of cosmetic treatments and aesthetic procedures.
- Previous experience in appointment booking and lead conversion.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,828.33 per month
