Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Service Manager – EV to manage the service operations of our Ather Electric Two-Wheeler showroom in Erode.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily EV service centre operations.
- Lead and supervise technicians and service staff.
- Ensure quality and timely service delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose and resolve EV-related technical issues.
- Monitor service targets, productivity and revenue.
- Ensure proper handling of EV batteries and high-voltage systems.
- Monitor job cards, spare parts and warranty claims.
- Maintain workshop safety and housekeeping standards.
- Prepare daily and monthly service reports.
- Train and guide technicians to improve service quality.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in EV / automobile service operations.
- Experience as Service Manager / Workshop Manager preferred.
- EV two-wheeler service experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of EV systems, battery, motor and electrical diagnostics.
- Good leadership and customer-handling skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
