Job Overview:
We are looking for a smart, organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO in daily coordination, scheduling and operational tasks. This role is ideal for a fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of experience who is eager to learn and grow in a leadership-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings and appointments
- Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups and task tracking
- Prepare presentations, reports and meeting notes
- Draft emails and assist in communication management
- Support in planning and execution of business initiatives
- Handle basic MIS reporting and documentation
- Organize travel arrangements (if required)
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports and follow-ups
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–10 year of experience .
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Pay: ₹14,482.19 - ₹40,000.93 per month
