Gro Wealth Group of Companies is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, and experienced Branch Manager to oversee our daily operations and growth at our Kayamkulam Branch. As a leading financial institution, we are looking for a mature and seasoned professional with proven leadership skills in team management, financial product sales, customer relations, and branch operational controls.
Age Criteria: Candidates must be 35 years of age or above.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in the financial services sector (Banking, NBFC, Wealth Management), with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or team-lead role.
Business Development & Revenue Growth Develop and execute strategies to grow the branch’s customer base across wealth management and financial products. Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, business owners, and local stakeholders. Oversee sales targets for financial services and guide the sales team toward target achievement.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
