We are looking for a talented and creative 2D/3D Designer & Draftsman to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical drafting skills, the ability to create detailed working drawings, and a good sense of design visualization. We need someone who can effectively communicate ideas, understand project requirements, and transform concepts into practical and aesthetically pleasing designs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare detailed 2D architectural, interior, and furniture drawings.
* Develop realistic 3D models and renderings for client presentations.
* Create construction and execution drawings with accurate dimensions and specifications.
* Produce detailed working drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, electrical layouts, furniture layouts, and ceiling plans.
* Assist in material selection, design development, and visualization.
* Ensure drawings comply with project requirements and industry standards.
* Present design concepts creatively and communicate ideas clearly.
Required Skills:
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3ds Max, or similar software.
* Strong understanding of architectural and interior design detailing.
* Excellent visualisation and creative thinking abilities.
* Good communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to understand design briefs and work independently.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
* Problem-solving mindset with imaginative design capabilities.
