Position: Service Engineer
Education Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics preferred)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of machines and equipment at customer sites. The candidate should have hands-on technical knowledge, good problem-solving abilities, and the ability to provide effective customer support.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, commissioning, and validation of machines/equipment at hospitals.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure smooth machine operation.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues in machines.
- Provide technical support and service assistance to customers through visits, calls, and remote support.
- Attend breakdown calls and resolve technical issues within the committed timeline.
- Carry out regular inspection of equipment and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
- Maintain proper service reports, installation reports, maintenance records, and customer feedback documentation.
- Provide training to operators on machine operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Ensure availability and proper usage of tools, spare parts, and service equipment.
- Travel to customer locations as required for installation and service activities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,254.26 per month
