We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of email marketing strategies, campaign execution, audience segmentation, and email performance optimization. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Design and optimize email templates for promotional and transactional emails.
- Manage email lists, audience segmentation, and database hygiene.
- Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, CTR, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to create engaging email creatives.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and anti-spam regulations.
- Prepare campaign reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 Months of experience in Email Marketing (Freshers with relevant certifications or internship experience may also apply).
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML email templates (preferred).
- Knowledge of audience segmentation, automation, and email analytics.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with email automation workflows.
- Basic understanding of CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or campaign tracking.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and email optimization.
