About the Role
Siddhas Trust is looking for a confident and persuasive
Telecaller to support CSR fundraising and partnership development activities. The role involves outbound communication with corporates, donors, and potential partners to present ongoing social initiatives and generate funding or collaboration opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal communication skills, a professional phone presence, and the ability to build trust and engagement over calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to corporates, donors, and CSR contacts
- Present Siddhas Trust programs and ongoing social initiatives
- Generate interest for CSR partnerships, donations, and collaborations
- Follow up with potential donors and maintain regular communication
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and donor interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and documentation
- Achieve monthly outreach and fundraising targets
- Support in preparing basic reports on calling activity and conversions
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of calls made per day
- Number of successful connections and follow-ups
- Number of CSR leads generated
- Conversion of calls into meetings or donations
- Achievement of monthly fundraising targets
- Quality of communication and donor engagement
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)
- Prior experience in telecalling, CSR fundraising, NGO work, or sales is preferred
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable speaking with corporate professionals and donors
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
- Target-oriented mindset with discipline and consistency
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 (based on experience and target achieved)
