Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, inventory accounting, and statutory compliance while ensuring accurate financial management of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow
- Conduct bank reconciliations and account finalization
- Oversee inventory accounting and stock reconciliation
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and regulatory authorities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Lead and supervise the accounts team
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel
- Knowledge of inventory and cost accounting
- Leadership and team management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Qualification & Experience:
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CA preferred
- 5–10 years of experience in accounting and finance
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in alcohol, beverage, FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution industries
- Knowledge of inventory management, excise-related accounting, and statutory compliance
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
