Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students and parents about courses and career opportunities.
- Convert inquiries into walking's and admissions through effective counseling both on call and physical counselling.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in education counseling, admissions, or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with strong convincing abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM and MS Office.
