WiseTribes is a Pune-based edtech company on a mission to make every teacher AI-ready. Through our AI-Ready Teacher Foundation Programme, we conduct hands-on seminars in schools, helping educators adopt AI in alignment with NEP 2020.
About the Role
As a Field Programme Coordinator Intern, you will be the face of WiseTribes during school seminars. You will ensure smooth execution, documentation, community engagement, and follow-up activities while coordinating with schools and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the pre-seminar checklist and ensure projector, printed materials, certificates, and technical requirements are ready.
- Handle professional photography and videography of seminars including candid moments, teacher interactions, and group photographs.
- Collect post-seminar feedback from teachers.
- Build and manage WhatsApp communities for participating schools and WiseTribes.
- Send feedback polls through WhatsApp communities and compile responses.
- Collect teacher testimonials in written and video formats.
- Create post-seminar recap reports including photos, highlights, and attendance data.
- Coordinate with school principals, coordinators, and other stakeholders before and during seminars.
- Travel to school locations across Pune with the team for seminar execution and coordination meetings.
- Carry and manage seminar kits including laptop, HDMI, standees, printed materials, and certificates.
Skills & Requirements
Must Have:
- Excellent communication skills and confidence while interacting with principals, teachers, and school coordinators.
- Smartphone-savvy with experience using WhatsApp groups, polls, photo, and video shooting.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage checklists effectively.
- Professional and presentable personality.
Good to Have:
- Basic photography or reel creation skills.
- Experience in events, NGO fieldwork, college festivals, or on-ground coordination.
- Knowledge of Canva for creating simple recap posts.
- Ability to communicate in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream (BA, BBA, BMM, BSc, BCom, or equivalent). Freshers are welcome.
- 0–2 years of experience. Any event, field, or on-ground coordination experience is a plus.
- Background in education, edtech, or community work is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Must be based in Pune and comfortable with regular travel within the city.

We care more about attitude than degrees. Someone who is enthusiastic, punctual, takes ownership, and handles people well will outperform a qualified but passive candidate every time.
