Jagan Lamps Ltd. is seeking an Inventory & Store Manager to oversee stock control, dispatch coordination, and ERP-based inventory management. The role requires ensuring accurate stock levels, minimizing wastage, and maintaining seamless coordination with production and procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory using FIFO/LIFO principles and conduct regular audits.
- Coordinate dispatch operations to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate stock records and reconcile wastage based on BOM.
- Ensure ERP compliance, including real-time stock updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
- Maintain store organization and conduct weekly inventory audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years experience in inventory/store management.
- Proficiency in ERP software and inventory control systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Additional Expectations:
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
- Strict compliance with ERP protocols and reporting standards.
- Flexibility for transfers within India or abroad as required.
