Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Bookkeeping: Recording daily financial transactions, journal entries, and maintaining accurate ledgers.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Processing vendor invoices, preparing client billings, and ensuring timely payments.
- Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements, credit card accounts, and expense reports.
- Administrative Support: Filing, organizing documents, handling mail, and responding to inquiries.
- Financial Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and budget reports.
- Compliance: Assisting with tax preparation, audits, and compliance with financial regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or as an administrative assistant.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software like QuickBooks, SAP, or Tally.
- Numerical Accuracy: Strong attention to detail and ability to perform numerical analysis.
- Organization: Excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is often preferred, though not always required for entry-level positions.
Common Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in bookkeeping.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
