- Student Counseling: Conduct telephonic and virtual counseling sessions with prospective students to understand their educational and career aspirations.
- Lead Management: Connect with inbound leads provided by the marketing team; strictly no cold calling.
- Program Guidance: Explain the features, benefits, curriculum, and career outcomes of various programs clearly.
- Enrollment Support: Guide students through the application, documentation, and fee payment processes.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Meet weekly and monthly enrollment goals to contribute to team growth.
