Job Summary:
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, networking, and IT-related issues. The candidate should have good troubleshooting skills and basic networking knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Provide technical support to end users through remote or onsite assistance.
- Install and configure operating systems, antivirus, and office applications.
- Manage user accounts, email configuration, and password resets.
- Monitor system performance and ensure regular maintenance.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
- Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related security devices.
- Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of surveillance systems.
- Monitor CCTV systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Handle cable laying, network setup, and camera positioning.
- Configure remote viewing and mobile access for clients.
- Maintain service reports and installation documentation.
- Support access control and biometric systems if required.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Requirements Qualification:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in BSC-IT, Computer Science, or related field.
