Shaivaay is looking for a driven, talented, and experienced Senior Flutter App Developer to take ownership of our mobile application development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
* End-to-End Development: Design, build, test, and maintain robust mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
* Performance & Responsibilities: Deliver responsive, high-performance, and fluid user interfaces optimized for a seamless Android and iOS experience.
* Architecture & Scalability: Implement clean, maintainable architecture patterns (such as Clean Architecture or MVVM) to ensure long-term scalability.
* API & Third-Party Integration: Seamlessly integrate REST APIs, GraphQL, and various third-party services/SDKs.
* State Management: Utilize advanced state management solutions like Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, or GetX.
* Testing & Quality Assurance: Write comprehensive unit, widget, and integration tests to maintain high code coverage and reliability.
* Deployment & CI/CD: Manage the complete app release lifecycle, including publishing and maintaining apps on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, alongside configuring CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Codemagic, Bitrise, GitHub Actions).
* Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver exceptional features.
* Debugging & Optimization: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and application bugs.
* Code Quality: Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior team members where necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Experience: 3 to 4 years of professional mobile development experience with a strong focus on Flutter.
* Core Tech Stack: Exceptional proficiency in Flutter and Dart.
* Architecture & Design: Deep understanding of software design patterns and scalable project structuring (Clean Architecture / MVVM).
* State Management: Hands-on experience with modern state management libraries (Bloc/Cubit, Riverpod, GetX).
* Backend & Cloud: Strong familiarity with Firebase and cloud-based mobile backend services.
* APIs & Data: Proven experience working with REST APIs, JSON parsing, and local storage solutions (Hive, Isar, SQLite, Shared Preferences).
* Deployment & Stores: Demonstrated history of successfully deploying and managing production apps on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
* Testing & Automation: Practical knowledge of automated testing frameworks in Flutter and CI/CD toolsets.
* Version Control: Proficient with Git and collaborative workflows (GitHub/GitLab).
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work independently and drive projects forward.
