Job Title: Field Staff – Account Opening

Job Summary:
The Field Staff – Account Opening is responsible for acquiring new customers, assisting them with the account opening process, collecting and verifying required documents, and ensuring accurate submission in compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned locations to identify and acquire new customers.
- Explain account features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
- Assist customers in completing account opening forms and digital onboarding.
- Collect, verify, and submit KYC and other required documents.
- Ensure all customer information is accurate and complete.
- Follow company compliance and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with the operations team to resolve application-related issues.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly account opening targets.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and application status.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate (preferred).
- Prior experience in field sales, banking, NBFC, or financial services is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of KYC documentation and account opening procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel locally and work in the field.
- Basic smartphone and mobile app usage skills.
