Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
- Provide timely, accurate, and friendly support to customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right products/services
- Follow up with leads and close sales opportunities
- Maintain CRM records and track customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities

- Minimum 1 year of experience.
What We Offer
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Incentives: Up to ₹7,000
- Shift: Night Shift (4:00 AM – 1:00 AM)
