About PayPoint & DigiKhata PayPoint India is building a retail-led fintech network, enabling local shops to offer services like UPI payments, bill payments, recharges, and financial services through a single platform. DigiKhata is part of this ecosystem—helping retailers and customers carry out fast, simple digital transactions and access financial services conveniently. Role Overview This is a pure on-ground execution role filled with excitement and dynamic goals where you will work directly with retail shop owners and end-users in your assigned area.
Your responsibility is to:
● Onboard shops onto DigiKhata
● Ensure they start using it actively
● Increase visibility of the brand in the market This role is ideal for individuals who are:
● Comfortable working in the field
● Confident speaking to shop owners
● Willing to learn and grow through real work Key Responsibilities 1. Campaign Ideation
● Assist in ideating trade marketing campaigns
● Researching new trade marketing tactics. 2. Retailer Onboarding
● Visit shops in assigned areas daily
● Explain DigiKhata and its benefits
● Assist with app setup and onboarding 3. Activation & Usage
● Ensure retailers complete their first transactions
● Guide them on how to use features (payments, services, etc.)
● Follow up to ensure regular usage 4. Shop Branding & Visibility
● Put up: ○ Stickers ○ Posters ○ QR displays
● Ensure DigiKhata is visible to customers visiting the shop 5. Relationship Building
● Build strong relationships with shop owners
● Be their first point of contact for support and trust 6. Market Feedback
● Share daily insights: ○ What retailers are saying ○ Common problems ○ Competitor activity Key Skills Required
