Position: Regional Manager – ESG -CAE

Role Overview:
The Regional Manager is a strategic, customer-facing role responsible for driving end-to-end sales of CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) solutions across Government, Defense, and Enterprise sectors. The role emphasizes consultative selling of simulation-driven engineering solutions, requiring strong domain expertise in CAE tools and their application across industries. The incumbent will lead complex sales cycles, engage with senior stakeholders, and position CAE-led digital transformation strategies to address customer challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive business growth and manage key accounts with a strong focus on CAE-based solution selling.
· Identify customer engineering challenges and propose simulation-driven solutions using CAE tools.
· Deliver impactful technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution workshops centered on CAE applications.
· Collaborate closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design and present customized simulation solutions.
· Lead techno-commercial discussions, including RFPs, tenders (GeM/e-procurement), and contract negotiations.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and technical stakeholders.
· Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely deal closures.
· Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging CAE technologies to strengthen market positioning.
Required Skills:
· Proven experience in enterprise/defense/institutional sales with a strong inclination towards CAE solution selling.
· In-depth knowledge and hands-on exposure to CAE tools such as Ansys, Nastran, Altair, COMSOL, or Hexagon solutions.
· Understanding of simulation domains like structural, thermal, fluid dynamics, and multiphysics analysis.
· Basic familiarity with EDA tools (Siemens EDA, Cadence, Synopsys) will be an added advantage.
· Strong expertise in consultative selling, solution positioning, and key account management.
· Working knowledge of government procurement processes including GeM and e-tendering.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
