Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our expanding team. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving queries and complaints, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media platforms
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and provide suitable solutions
- Assist customers with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and product-related information
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution
- Deliver excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships
- Support daily customer support and operational activities
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- Freshers as well as experienced candidates can apply
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in customer service or e-commerce support is an added advantage
- Ability to manage multiple customer conversations efficiently
- Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Familiarity with CRM tools will be preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
