Job Summary
The HR & Admin Manager is responsible for managing the complete HR lifecycle and overseeing administrative operations to ensure smooth business functioning. The role includes recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, performance management, office administration, and facility management.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and full & final settlements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Implement performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
Administration
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and facility management.
- Manage housekeeping, security, transportation, and office maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors and negotiate service contracts.
- Monitor office assets, stationery, and inventory.
- Ensure timely renewal of licenses, agreements, and office compliances.
- Organize company events, meetings, and employee welfare activities.
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 5–8 years of experience in HR & Administration.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in payroll coordination and HRMS/ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
