Job Description:
We are looking for a Program Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about solving problems, executing plans, and driving impact across teams. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building from scratch (0 to 1)
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the leadership team on high-impact strategic and operational initiatives

Lead project planning, tracking, execution, and cross-functional coordination

Identify operational gaps and streamline internal processes

Track KPIs, generate reports, and drive data-based decision-making

Build and maintain project documentation and dashboards

Be a single point of accountability for critical initiatives across departments
Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in a fast-paced startup (Founder’s Office / Growth / Strategy / Ops)

Strong project management and execution skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and project tracking tools

Tier-1 graduation preferred (IIT / NIT / BITS / IIM etc.)
