Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and end-user systems.
- Administer Windows Server (2019/2022/2025), Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365.
- Manage Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, VMware, Hyper-V, and AWS environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, Linux servers, and SQL Server.
- Monitor server performance, backups, patch management, and security.
- Resolve infrastructure incidents, perform root cause analysis, and maintain IT documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth IT operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Relevant Microsoft, Azure, AWS, VMware, or Networking certifications are a plus.
Pay: ₹9,510.89 - ₹30,000.00 per month
